I own a flat and there is lot of seepage coming on the walls of flat due to leakage in the floor of bathroom of upper flat. society is not ready to repair the same. What to do ?

if any leakage problem from inside of a flat. Society has right to say no. but the upper flat owner has to do the needful. Society has to interven & try to conviance the concern flat owner as it even damages the society structure. You can come to mutual agreement for sharing the cost equally.
