Burden of sending notices

Experts please give your suggestions We are having an ancestral property{ bought by my grandfather}...after my grandfathers and my dads death my younger brother came up with a will which is said to be written by my grandfather in his favour... recently i filed a parition suit.. i came to know that he sold that property ie it got transferred from one to other and to other and so on upto 5 persons.. is the burden lies up on me to send notices to all those 5 persons?
