Everything will depend on the Agreement/Contract if any between both the parties. After going through that one can understand if the concept of "Force-Majeure" can be used to deal with this issue.
A lawyer can give you a proper advice only after understanding the whole matter.
Try to get engaged with lawyer having good understanding of the Contract Law.
Thanks & Regards

JUST SIMPLY vacate the Land & give back Possession. Land Owner cannot do anything legally IF there is no written agreement /contract between both of you.

The facts posted lacks clarity. What is the real issue? Please post simple facts.

It is presumed from the facts posted by you that the lessee has handed over possession of orchard without paying lease amount and you intend to seek legal relief, is it so ?
If so, issue legal notice through a local prudent lawyer on the basis of terms and conditions of lease and licence.
