We are in Retail Sector. We want to open a Store on the premises of Owner. we dont want to enter in LEAVE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT. so we will take his premises and we will conduct business of ours on the same. I Hope i made clear.

Can any body pls tell that If i do Business Conductiong Agreement(For opeining Retail Store) in Nagpur, then also I have to pay property tax as per Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948.

And pls tell this would be covered as Service under Service Tax Rules. In other words Conductor has to pay Service Tax.
