I am planning to buy DC converted property @ Jigani Bangalore.
I am provided with below listed documents.
- Document stating property has been DC converted.
- Sale deed where property is transferred to current owner.
- RTC with name of previous owner when the land was still agricultural land.
I have below questions please anwer me:
- If i get the registration done by current owner is it enough? Should i also get previous owner involved for registration?
- Should i get sketch copy of current plot i am buying?
- Should i get all mother deed?
- Should i look for rtc from 1964 to current date?
- Should i get EC?
- Should i get caste certificate of current and previous owner?
- Property was sold to current owner after DC conversion.RTC still shows previous owner and not current owner is it ok?
- How can I confirm if the land is not sold for someone else and again selling the same to me?
