Call details of mil in divorce case

Shankar what you want to prove from the call details of your mil , it is of no use in divorce case , call details are used in criminal cases , to find out the location and connection with the case .

Dear Laxmi Kant sir,

Sir as my Wife is also a Lawyer, she is cleverly acting herself & not communicating through her mobile & she used my MIL mobile also my MIL also frequently connect somebody to get financial help.

So  is it possible to prove with my MIL call details that they are behaved Cruelty with me,

And so many times they are absconding without my knowledge to somebody's house.

If My Wife file Divorce, then is it helpful,

shankar it is useless exercise don't waste your time in it , call details can be provided by the written order of DCP police to the service provider to provide the call detail or the court can give direction to provide the call details , but in divorce case it is a futile exercise .
