Calrify on atheist & non atheist marriage

My wife is an atheist and Iam non atheist. My wife objects me to do rituals in home, is there any legal action can I take? I never force her to do rituals. She tells that she gets disturbed by doing rituals by me.

Sorry no respite available to you legally. You can go to temple to do your rituals or do it peacefully without annoying her by songs, temple bells, etc. tell her how important it is for you but also ensure that her mental peace is not disturbed

Take divorce if she wont pray to your tunes.  Marriage is all about adjustment.  Take MCD if it hurts too much.
