can a boy of muslim community aged about 17 .6 months and girl 17.6 month may marry under muslim law and live together in a separte house

please help me by providing any judge ment in regard of
can a boy and girl of muslim community aged about 17 .6 months and girl 17.6 month may marry under muslim law and live together in a separte house .
kindly help me beacuse of boy family lodge a kidnapping case .

Boy has to complete 21yers girl has to complete 18yrs no personal law will rescue .

Indian majority act is not applicable to Muslim personal law ,so they can marry and live together but marriage should be with the consent of parents. if it is run away marriage then it may be problematic for the boy as for as Indian penal code is concerned.

Do what you want nothing will happen. Indian family laws dont apply to Muslims.

As per Muslim personly law both can be done marriage.Prohibition of Child Marriage Act states that a girl in India can’t marry before the age of 18, and a boy before 21.
