please help me
i want to know, i m legally owner of a shop in uttarakhand (UP Rent control act apply here). i filed a PA and SSC case to my tenant and in before i was very sick and still under medical treatment. I want to know can i apply both for personal need and on my bad medical grounds as i need money for my ongoing treatment.
1. 60-70 years old shop
2. i have all the necessary papers for medical condition
