Can a lodge case under penal code of misrepresentation/fraud

Hello all Experts ,

Happy april 2018,

My ID case is already pending before the labour court & proceeding are going on and now i wish to lodge a case under fraud/misrepresentaion of facts in obtaing certain documents by my employer from me .

Can i lodge criminal case , if workman & employer dispute case is already pending ,means can a workman lodge two case at a time , if yes ,fraud or coercion case is to lodged in criminal court or first FIR required.

Yes. You can file a criminal complaint wherein you can give information about the offence either in written or orally.

HELLO jain sahab,

thnx for your response , need further clarification ,should i lodge FIR before police or file a case in criminal court. There is a gap of one year since the incident happened and till date , is there any justification required for delay.
