Can a mcd be challenged????

Simple question.

Can we challenge a Mutual consent divorce?

If yes, please help me with the procedures to do that. Got divorced on 14th Sep 2012

he want to reunite with hid ex wife. dont want divorce, both are willing to restart life with each other.

It can be challanged. On the grounds of fraud, coercion and misrepresentation during MCD.

However, come out with the complete facts.

if they want to reunite after divorce, why they cann't go for marriage again.i think remarry again may not be the issue?
