A muslim woman who is highly qualified ,earning well ,already got property from her husband during the life time of marriage. Now Talaaq is done.
1) Can she still inherit Husband's remaining Property ?
2) Is she eligible for maintanance ?

1. A divorced wife is not a legal heir hence is not entitled to property in inheritance on ex-husband's death.
2. She is entiteld to maintenannce (provision of which has to be made within her iddat for the rest of her life till she gets remarried)
