can an advocate appear in arbitration matter in defending his client in arbitration matter ????

i have an matter under the co-operative societies act and m i liable to get the copy of the palint and all documents  ???????

Definitely yes. The arbitral tribunal is an quasi legal forum and no impediment for a lawyer to appear.
