Can any girl falsely gives any rape charge against a man?

if any girl falsely gives any rape charge against a man then how to defend that?

suppose B is a woman.suppose she tell that A(a man) raped her. But suppose A did not rape her.

then how the man(A) will defend himself?

is the words of a woman is final?

is there any medical test to prove that the man (A) is innocent?

how A will defend himself from false allegation?

at first instance, police will book fir and man will arrested,

later on when you file your bail application, then you can argu the facts,

if she proven wrong.. she will go to jail

In a case like rape girl will go through medical test . if it is test positive , tahn person arrested will go through trial . If its negative ,than case against girl can be filed for false complaint . Person arrested before producing to court will also go through medical test .If reports of man and girl matches the same will be produce in court as evidence of rape. If not than man can be set be free as there is no case made out of it.
