One of my friend land dispute case he asked for advocate commissioner, court appointed advocate commissioner referring some terms and conditions for filed verification. But advocate commissioner not following terms and conditions in field verification, how to oppose commission? directly written representation to commission my apprehensions or new IA in court?

Hi,
The advocate - commissioner is the court officer who visits the site in place of the court. He investigates the facts on behalf of the court.
If you feel the advocate commissioner is not doing their duty properly or is not complying with the directions of the court, a case can be made against him and you can request for the appointment or submit a application for a second advocate commissioner in his place.
