Can denying sex be a ground for divorce of wife

dear All, 

I need advice from Expert

we are Muslim, my brother(working in gulf) got married(Nikha)  with 1 girl , but her parents has not told her medical condition which is related to s*xual life, her 1 ovary has removed before marriage and she cannot participate in s*xual life actively . she can participate in s*xual life using pain killer. like that she became pregnant.

always she need bed rest, she cannot do house work , he cannot keep medically unfit girl with him in gulf.

can he get divorce on the ground of medial condition, because he has to suffer rest of his life, 

NOTE:marriage has not completed 1yr, no dowy nothing has take,

please advice.
