Can divorce case b made ex-parte after filing vakalat

Page no : 2

Yes Judge can revoke as he declared without looking at previous statements. But fingers crossed. Also what should the Petitioner do go ahead with Ex-party which is not right?

Petitioner is confused, in ex-party divorce certificate is not issued it seems and also no compensation.

Actually I was assuming it has to be that the Verdict in favour of Petitioner as Respondent filed the vakalat but failed to file the counter in limited time. But not Ex-parte

This has to be filed by the Respondent right and I am talking on behalf of Petitioner. When Petitioner raised the query the court said how it can be a Ex-party, the Bench clerk said this is in favour of you. So in the next hearing submit your evidence.

In your previous post you said send me the sample draft for set aside exparty orders, when you are from petitioner side why you wanted that sample draft.

When you are from petitoner side and next date is for exparty evidence. just file your evidence. What is problem in that?

Thanks

Every civil court has the inherited power to grant 1. exparty orders or 2. stuck off the defense or 3. close the opportunity to file reply aginast the respondent if respondent fails to obey the orders of the court.  Why are you saying that " it is contradictory as previous judge recorded statement"

"What was the recorded statement ?"

Previous Judge stated, Respondent filed vakalat on 13/07/16 and waiting for counter filing by Respondent
