Can high court stay in evey case if opposite party in court

I filled case adainst DCP, ACP, SI, CI with 167, 166, 220, 344, 346, 120b, section 7 &13 PC act with sufficient evidence then court refered to psfor filling FIR. Fir filled and i gave statement and full evidencedocuments. Now DCP planning to go to ccourt for quash. Now my question whether court will give stayorder or wt is proceeding in my case
