Mr Sainath, the comment you made about virginity was in favour of a women, where you have assumed every women is a virgin before marriage. Had you made this comment against a women in opposite sense in a social/political forum (which happens to be the crude reality anyways), by now you would have been forced to apologize by women-organizations /media for making such statement. 

We men are fighting our own battle against the biased women laws and im sorry but you may not have any experience of what torture the husband and family goes through. Non legal members have jumped in this controversy because it hurts our sentiments/self respect.

Anyways, i think all legal experts (including Mr Sainath) have sternly given their legal opinion on this matter that its unable to recover the money, n we as non legal members are thankful to legal experts for giving their advice.
