Dear friends,
i want to file a case under DP Act-3 and 156(3) of IPC against my in-laws who have made a flase 498(A) case against me and my family members at Dhanbad. i am permanently residing at Patna. can i file the case at Patna or have to file it in Dhanbad. kindly guide me with some ruling and also states that court will entertain my case at this stage or not.
i have decided to go upto any extent to fight against this legal terriorism.
