Background

In the DV case she claimed interim but delayed filing evidence for almost a year.
Meantime she also started working. Before I cud file interim revision
with proof of RTI she withdrew her DV and then changed her
company again.
Now after 6 months it seems she lost this new job and now
she has filed 125 saying she is jobless.
We are living separately since the date of DV... 2.5 years.

ADVICE 1
Can I go for quashing under Crpc 482 saying this an abuse process of law.
ADVICE 2
File counter in 125, take order, apply for stay in high court, pay half the maintenance and get the stay, and then continue the stay,
