Did that second person know about your first divorce? If yes, that person is knowing then that can be a problem for you.

1. If your first marriage a decree of divorce was prepared and after the appeal period when no appeal was filed and absence thereof you got married second time then your second marriage is legal.

2. Concerning decree sheet showing to your second husband is purely both of your wish. If his side has special knowledge of your divorcee status and no appeal pending thereof then also your second marriage is a legal marriage.

3. I donot see any reason of annexing your first marriage decree sheet with your second marriage! I mean where it stats that decree sheet paper are needed to Annexe when a divorcee goes for second marriage?

4. Onto your last line that you are not staying with your second husband and conjoined reading your briefs if you are planning for separation from your second husband then you need to take steps which your previous ld. Advocate and or a fresh hired ld. advocate can guide you accordingly. But you can't ignore your second marriage on simple reason that previous divorce decree sheet papers were not give to your second husband and now that you are not staying with him so it shall be ignored? How it can be ! I also mean you can’t change your wrongs into right now!!!!!

Difficult to comprehend that once going throught the traumatic experience of divorce, you didn't check the rules and regulations needed during marriage registration.

Seems that you don't want to go through second divorce process again. But finding such a short cut of 'ignoring the record' would put you in more trouble.

You want to bury the existance of second marriage under the carpet, But it is registered  and best way is to call it off legally instead of questioning the legality of registration of it.

Had the marriage registrar rejected/raised objections to your marriage application?  (NO)

After the 1month notice did you perform the registration in front of 3 witnesses? (YES)

then it was solemnised legally.

Don't put those witnesses in trouble.

Instead get divorce from court.
