sir, we r 5 brothers & 2 sisters, my fathers expired,we all joint property in ambala( hry),my father & all of us belong to hindu religon, my father got this property from his father means my garandfather.my father has no will.

> one shop small size
> one house having four rooms
all the property expect small shop is totally rented out in 80 rs from 1969 by my grandfather, now we all legal heirs r fighting in court against tenants, two brother & two sisters r tranfering thier share of property to me. I want to know that can i sell 5/7 share of the property ?
