Can i send my father to attend my behalf in family court

Respected Gurus, 

I have a family matter in secundrabad family court , I am attending as party-in-person from the past 1.6 years , I have a interview  in Bombay on 8th Nov 2018 i.e day after tomorrow , on the same day I had an adjournment in the court , I would like to send my father and explain the same to the family court judge . and ask my father to request the adjournment to post after 1 week is it possible ?

if so how ?

Yes In family court usually Judges allow

Simply your father has to make request before the Judge and also submit the copy of interview letter seeking adjournment

It would be sufficent if you file a Memo and inform the opposite side advocate as well.

You can authorise your father permanently by executing special power of attorney.

Seek guidance of your lawyer contesting your case(s).
