Can i start proceedings under section 209 ipc?

In a civil case a relative of mine used a fake will in order to get an injunction on my property. He did not tell the truth to court. The fake will was withdrawn by my relative from High Court previously in another case. The injuction was lifted and the Judge wrote in his order that the petitioner was "guilty of concealment" and "hiding material facts". Can I start proceedings under Section 209 Ipc?
