Can i surrender on a monday before the date

Hi Lawyers,

I am looking for a new lawyer in Delhi. Its a 498a case 3-4 yrs old, I have not made any appearance, NBW issued in Jan, PO proceedings started on last date.

My current lawyer was not aware of the harm 82/83 may cause to the AB application which was going to be filed in HC, He let it go through and did not plead on time.

I don't think now HC will give AB since they will say "AB not maintainable after PO", in lower court they rejected saying "AB not maintainable after NBW"

My case date is falling on Saturday, can I surrender on Monday earlier so I don't lose time to the weekend and the judge is not able to actually declare me PO

What should be the strategy in filing regular bail and surrender, I am a NRI

Sir,

High Court can give u bail, I disagree with the trail court dismissing the application of your AB " No AB can be granted if there is an NBW". Approach High Court and move an application before the district court for the cancellation of the bail application .....
