Can i use rti to get salary and attendance details ?

HI, Want to know how to get salary and attendance details of my legal wife from her office? Can I use RTI for that? Or I need to use some other legal method? The wife used to go to office on saturdays in Gurgaon however she has complained of harrassment in Ghaziabad and made statement that my family members used to harrass her on the weekends.

Surprisingly she had no problem with me from monday to friday. But on saturday and sundays she is harassed by my desceased father and mother and sister even when they were not living with me.

Kindly advice how to get the documents and slap a divorce on her. She has filed 498a and DV from difference cities.

If she is working in private concern, you can obtain the information from Govt. agencies like ESI.,P.F.,Labour commissioner offices etc.

Rti can be useful if she is a Govt. Employee otherwise not and it is not compulsory under RTI act that the department gives you the information because the department can say that this is her personal information or third party information so due to thisd reason they are unable to give you this information but if she is govt. employee you can try.
