Hello Kishore Kumar,
The abovementioned documents can be attested by a gazetted officer who is an officer in Indian Government service like police officers of higher rank, Doctors, Magistrates and above in judicial services.
If a lawyer or an advocate is appointed by the government as pleader, notary, prosecutor then they are termed as gazetted officers where they have the authority to attest the documents and if he is into a private practice of his own, he does not have the authorization to do the same.
I hope I clarified your query.
