My wife ran away with my daughter WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS 2 YERAS of age . She did divorce case with maintenanace in a court.She created a facebook profile in my daughters name.. But thing is that she used her peternal title after my daughters name. It is very painful to me and my family. My office friends sometimes laughs at me saying..She is not your daughter. They make joke on me. I feel very pain in my heart. Please Experts tell me what i can do. Whenever I approached wife she uses filthy languages. May I persue a defamation case against her in my local court? If yes then how i can approach to the court?
