can one of the petitioners withdraw d case

What case,  How the person filed the case? What is the reason for withdraw ? Withdraw the case is their own whims

As per my opinion, you can withdraw the petition at any time as per your wish. Consent of other party / opposite party is not required. 

He has to file application to withdraw with sufficient reasons if others file objections,then u have to argued orders will be passed allowed or dismissed.-----
