can someone cunstraction lift for persnol use in residencial socity

I have a own flat in jaipur my neighbour construct lift for personal use due to this lift construction my window has fuly covered and ventilation has stopped so what I will do in this case plz suggest me

Immediately file suit for injunction against your neighbour and society and get restrained them not to raise illegal constructions for installation of lift and shut your window.

One can construct a lift for one's own use. But if it cannot cause inconvenience or injury to others.
