I have a seen a flat in a building in Pune. Building is of 12 floors. Builder has constructed two terraces on 13 th floor. There are seperate doors to the terraces. He is saying that he can sell one of the terrace to the buyer of 12th floor owner and other terrace will be used commonly by all other soceity members.
I am not sure if this is legal to sell terrace? Should I demand some legal papers to verify this? But I am not sure what to check. Can someone please help me understand this.
