We appealed on high court in one of our old case, our case has been listed and the date has come. My question is can I go directly to Hon'able judge and narrate my issue on this date and plead justice? If yes how can I make my pleading be on record, so that if I need to go at higher courts I must be having proof that I submitted this appeal to high court judge which was ignored, if in case it happens?
It has been listed first time, till now internet website of high court was showing "not listed" since past 1 year.
I believe my advocate is very busy and is not able to expedit my case.
