Cancellation of bailable warrant to witness

Magistrate issued a bailable warrants to two PWs in which one pw had already been given statement and cross-examined and other seeks exemption on medical grounds (appeal for exemption could not be submitted so far). Now what we can do: Is there any procedure to get the warrants cancelled in both above cases. Do we have to apply for bail or both the PWs have to be present in the court on next date. Further, is police supposed to arrest them or what kind of application we file to avoid above situation. With regards Prakash singh

Dear Prakash

Bailable warrants are issued only to secure the attendance of Witness.

You need to move an application in the same court to get it cancelled

So, we should move application before the fixed date or on the date..? can we deal with police by saying that we will submit an application or we will present on the fixed date in case they come for arrest or something ? With regards Prakash
