Cancellation of khata

Kindly tell when does BDA cancels Khata? i.e., under what conditions khata ( already done in the names of the owners of the owners of the property ) is cancelled by the Bangalore Development Authority?

BDA will not cancel the khatha, it will be done by the revenue department or the Corporation authorities. What is your query?
