Cancellation of property

Hello Experts,

i have purchase one property under construction before 2 years back, at that time i have paid 40% of total amount to builder. today i have to pay 40% more and i do not have money to pay to builder, can any one advise if i have to cancel the booking with builder(if possible) and what was the impact on my return amount.

I have just called you and you advise to text. my question is which contract i hav to refer? i only have allotment letter. do we have other document which were sign at the time of booking flat with builder.

Paying amount to the builder based on allotment letter is not justified, in the absence of valid sale agreement. Now you are purely at his disposal, if you are not able to fulfill your promise.
