Car parking area

Dear Sir,

Builder had alloted the parking space. In the deed he has charged certain amount for parking area but did not mention the parking space size.Further he has divided into two parts and alloted to other block flat owners. Builder is telling that this is due to shortage of parking space. Where as other block super carpet area is lesser than my block super carpet area and alloted more parking space. Now builder is going to form association.

Suggest me what I can do in this regard,
