Every petitioner engages a competent counsel and depending on adjournments given at the request it may either be disposed or readmitted after collecting such costs.  Contact your advocate and get the petition restored by filing a fresh one, if such disposal is due to the absence of the petitioner,  Depending on the circumstances if court considered on petition and counters with a speaking order, you can not do anything as this becomes resjudicata.

1. YES .... Case can be disposed off by Court, due to consistent absence of Complainant /Petitioner.

A) What is a calendar case?

B) Nature of disposal-: uncontested -admission of claim?

1. Re-Read my First Answer once again .... this time more S-L-O-W-L-Y.

2. ALL types of Criminal or Civil case shall be dismissed by Court, IF the Complainant /Petition continuously remains absent in Court or does not represent the case.  However all such cases can be "brought back on Board"  "AFTER" taking permission of Court, via proper relevant application.

Yes if you are negligent about your case.
