Case filed for condonation of delay in high court

hi members.

pls advise me. i have filed a case in the high court for condonation of delay ( i missed a couple of dates in my 125 case, so exparte order was announced by the JMFC court for evidence for wife.) now my lawyer has filed for condonation of delay in the high court.

i would like to know:

is the opposite party also issued summons in condonation proceedings

or only we appear as one party and let the high court decide if the exparte order be scrapped?

Thank you very much all learned members/,,,,,,,,

Notice will be issued to the other party also.

Dear, There will be application to set aside ex-parte and proceed bi-parte. But not the condonation of delay. Adv kapil chandna, 9899011450

Only after the delay is condoned, notice would be issued to the other party.

Hence no say for opposite party in condonation of delay.
