Case in court

 

Dear sir,

      i would like to register a case directly in high court against an educational

institution without registering  a FIR in police station.is it possible and what will be its procedure ?

Now the private and aided Educational institutions are also brought under the perview and jurisdiction of consumer proctection act. You can file a consumer case against the educational institutions for damages and other reliefs without court fee.

in lower court is it possible?
