Case in women cell- how to handle

I have a date in december before the ACP as I got convicted under kalandara as false allegations instituted by my wife before the police. In the meanwhile she has filed a case before Women cell. Kindly let me know how to face them, what they would ask & whether to give anything in writing or not. Further, the date in women cell is on friday, can she she make a false complaint against me so that i remain convicted till monday as saturday sunday is off in the court. I dont want to live with her any more, should I file a divorce case or should I wait for her to file such divorce?

can I skip first date on friday & give medical for that as I apprehend her trick of getting me convicted on friday without any cause. How much AB cost?

All bl**dy Women cell complaints and hearing done on friday's.  why?  If formal complaint is lodge and FIR is registered. saturday half day, sunday holiday, if monday govt holiday namoshivaya.. bechara husband and family stay in lockup for 3 - 5 days until secure bail.

Beta yeh biology class nahi ki chakkar maarli.

Police ne bulayi he tereko.

Jaana toh padega hi.

Dont fail to attend women cell date.

Regarding divorce case, let her file for divorce.  You state what all she has done making you not to want her anymore in the womens cell.

Regarding AB.. it depends upon your advocate.

But my dear friend, to my knowledge, it is not necessary to attend women cell dates, at the most what she can do is, she can request for a formal FIR then they shall arrest me & I can apply for regular or AB, if informed me on time by the police that they are going to lodge an FIR against me for not attending the date. As it is just a mediation centre, I can opt to skip to go for mediation process, thus, to my mind at least one date of friday could be skipped on health grounds. M I correct?

When you know everything, what is the need to clarify anything with anyone.  You are ready to get arrested too. For people like you, no need of any advice.  Advice can be given to people who want to stay out of trouble, not to those who are inviting them with open arms.

Good luck anyways!

Hi

Thanks!! I have confidence on me and on my knowledge & do not get de-motivated with others' comments. Actually I do lots of research on the problem to get out of it & I did not respond to his advice as I believe arguing to such useless comments as wastage of time & our efforts causing disturbance in peace of mind.

I have taken AB & my lawyer has assured me that Now neither me nor any of the person named in my wife's complaint can be arrested till the entire case go on.
