case transfer

hi all,
please advice how we can transfer family case from one state to another. is there any process after accept court summon. because i am not able to go in anothet state due to bad health.

THEN YOU NEED TO FILE A TRANSFER PETITION BEFORE THE HIGH COURT ON THE GROUND THAT YOUR ARE RESIDING THERE AND HIGH COUT OR SUPREME COURT TO TRANSFER THE CASE FROM ONE STATE TO THE OTHER BUT GROUNDS NEED TO BE SO GOOD SO THAT THE CASE WOULD ATTARCTED FOR TRANSFER. JUST DISCUSS WITH YOUR LAWYER ABOUT THAT.
