Case transfer delhi state to up (ghaziabad)

Yes under section 24 CPC only supreme court has jurisdiction to transfer the case from Delhi to Ghaziabad court in U.P.

case mai section 376 laga hai

 case mai girl ko promise kiya marriage ka to case to concern ka bana case week hai. every lawyer says that case is week.

case mai ladke ne shadi ke liye han bola but dowery demand increase kar di so girl ki sis ne mana kar diya.but ladke ne girl ko kuch nahi bola or girl se relation banaye rakha ab kahin or tay karli shadi to girl ne fir ki . ki mujhse marriage ka promise karke mere sath s*x kiya. to is case mai ladke ko punishment mil sakti hai. anticepatri bail ki application laga hai but abhi phone ke whatsup ki report nahi ayi. if bail is cancel then age kya hoga.

Sir case 24may 2017 ko fir ki gayi but 20july ko accused ko anticepatri bail mil gayi ab complainer kya kar sakti usne use thane ke samne damkaya bhi wo application bhi lagi but us complainer ne bayan diya "sir isne forcefully kiya gandi pick banayi mere sath s*x kiya ab marriage ka bola to dowery demand rakh di sir aap meri shadi karwao"

sir ye wrong statement bola usne jo use bail mil gayi.

is statement par use bail de di accused ko ab complainer kya kar sakti hai ab wo supreme court jaye is order ke against .

or wo case with draw kar sakti bcz she have lack of self confidence & other region money.
