actually one of our business consultant has cheate dthe company by taking the material from company and he has not returened the money , he said for one customer so we have allow him to take the computer material from our office later he siad customer is not giving the money and they have returend the material , it was happend 08-JUN-2012 , later we find he has cheated then we prepared agreement along with invoices and he has agreed he will return the money nad he signed and put thumb impression in document .. till he is not return money .. kindly advice us wht step we can take aginst him ..
