Caste certificate

I, stay in maharashtra, my caste is sindhi and my wife's caste is Telugu , my wife is having a obc certificate obtained by her parents before our marriage ...on the basis of that obc certificate can my daughter get an obc certificate..pl help....thanku

dear first ,your caste can never be sindhi ,coz sindhi is the word which is associated with sindh as your ancestor belongs to sindh .as if u will see govt of india census 1931 volume viii, you can see there were 189 caste among hindus of sindh  divided in advance ,intermediate ,backward and deppressed.

so find your caste .

as yr wife is telgu  ,obc ,its ok but your children caste will be considered as the caste of father .

so they cant avail obc unless u belong to caste which comes to obc in maharastra and keeping in mind the limit set under creamy layer
