The query is about one of my fellow victim friend
Query:-
Matter is before CAW cell, delhi
IO asked dowrry list to girl,she gave a fake list but well organised as per DP2.
Then IO took the sign of girl on all papers(1-3) and turned to boy to sign with recieving.
Boy sign the list mentioning that "recieved" then sign
Then IO ask him to give reply by next date. He gave reply but IO did not give any recieving for that. and told that reply will be draft in file. No recieving is given for reply..
Question:
1.) By the above scenario did he entitle to IPC 406?
2.) What boy can do to save with 406 as IO did not ask any bill to girl till now?
Any other suggestion on above situation is welcomed
