You have not clearly spelt if the offer is closed.  It appears it is closed that is why you are asking query or else you would have joined.

If the document was sent through Post Office you can file criminal case against your family member and under Post Office Act.  You just cannot blame the sender.  They have communicated offer to you and you did not report.

Instead of sorting out the matter with the postal authorities , UR family members and CBSE, why do U keep on posting new threads regarding the same query confusing the experts.

The experts are here to provide solutions to all the needy persons, what made U post a query with the same subject?

Kindly check my problem

• Posting Letter have been received in 8 or 9 Jan-2013 by my family member, and forgot to give me
• But result of this selection have not published on their web portal, but this type of information is always given government department
• We have found this letter while cleaning the house in Sep-2013 and very next day i have visited to the CBSE head quarter as HR & Admin department, i have explained my problem there but they denied to help me due to they have selected a candidate from internal panel
• Then I have filed some RTIs for this selection and found the following information
• 6 out of 8 candidates have been selected from internal panel in the month of mar-2013 as replacement of original selection
  
• No result related information has been published on there web portal
  
• No reminders have been given to any candidate who were fail to report on time
  
• I think That position have been closed
• There is no information is given about automatically cancellation of selection for this post

that is all, now i am asking, CBSE like department should have at least one reminder policy for candidate like me, will get benefit or they should always published the result at their web portal

he has now disclosed the facts that

these facts do call for an advise which I decide not to give.

Unless UR sincere in elaborating UR problem ,U not only confuse the querists but U also fail to get the  desired   result
