CCTV footage or any other recording via video is permissable evidence under section 65B of Indian Evidence Act.

Only criteria is the footage should be in its original form.

Today everything is legal.

Nothing wrong in installing CCTVs inside all the rooms of the house.

When the person who is supposed to behave as a wife or husband does not behave like one, what more can anyone do than isntalling recorders to collect evidence.

Does Mr Singh do not know that oral evidence is not permissable?

You install recorders.

CCTV with audio.

Nothing legally wrong here.
