how to request cell phone records the tower details
has anyone every got cell phone records tower details in 498a case. I had told IO , i have not visted wife place, but they filed the chargesheet, they are not able locate the accused ie me and my family.
incidence occured in dec 2010.

you have to make application to service provider if you want your cell phone records . if service provider declines obtain court order .
