Chain of property documents

Hi,

We have a propeert in Delhi which we want to mortgage with a bank for a LAP. But all our procedure got successful and the loan was about to be sanctioned then the bank said it cannot be done as  the first original chain document was missing.

This first origibal chain document is a sale deed between our great grand father and the seller in 1965. We now the photo copis of that sales deed and the will to my grand father and the partition deed between my father and hos elsder brother which we just got it done in Juen this year.

Since the great grand father sale deed original copy is missing, we are unable to do a LAP, rest of the docs are all very clear and approved by the bank.

What should we do to solve this matter for the purpose of the LAP only.

Please advise!

Try to get certified copy from concerned revenue official/office.

If you are unable to handle on your own approach without any delay a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/civil matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..with whom you may share inputs /show the documents/evidence for a considered opinion..

At each location three are some counsels that specialize in such matters and they are well known.

Check for such counsels at LOCAL O/o Tehsildar,  civil courts, HC, SC……
